We work together as a community to make our art dreams manifest!
All artists contribute to the cost of production.
All artists contribute to production tasks and help promote the event.
If the project comes out in the black then artist's divvy up the proceeds in a fashion that flows with each year's intention.
In 2014 the collective launched as the HIVE and was led by Queen Bee Maria Rendina Frantz and co-created with Melissa Block, Misa and Stephen Kelly with production support from all participants.
In 2015 the collective formed as BUZZ Dance under the leadership of Meredith Cabaniss and core organizing support from Stephen Kelly and Noelle Andressen. Most participants contributed to the production process.
For 2016 what is emerging as a busy bee updates the website, is Brooklyn based artist, Trina Mannino taking on the conscious leader role of Queen Bee and we are producing an event at Triskelion Arts.
